Awards & Recognition

  1. Nikhil and Karishma from Department of AIML have won 2nd place in the Spark-a-thon conducted by Christ University. Nikhil Nagendra, Karishma Chauhan, Vivan Shreyas and Shreyas Arvind participated in Spark-a-Thon conducted by Christ University on 13th February 2024 and secured 2nd place. The theme of the competition was “Sustainable Development: Balancing food Water and Ecosystem Conservation” 
  2. Ratikesh Kumar, Sruthi, Swetha and Shreya have won first prize in the national level hackathon “Hackzion v.1” in the domain of health care held on 19th and 20th December 2023. They have participated as team “Code Red”. 
  3. Kotta Snigdhashree, Amogha B.V, Anusha K have won prize in competition Evolve. The 24 hours hackathon was held at BNMIT on 17th June 2023.
  4. Tejal Ravikumar, Prisha and Varuniha have secured 2nd prize for the project “face and fingerprint based Smart Voting Mechanism using Dsata Fusion and ML Algorithm” in an inter collegiate IEEE Project Expo organized by GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology, Women at Mysore on 05-05-2023.  The project was carried out under the guidance of our mentor Mr.Mahantesh U, associate professor of Department of AIML, BNMIT. 
  5. Mohanesh B M, Abhilasha P. Kumar, Sanath Prasanna Rajur on “Improvised Round Robin scheduling Algorithm With The Calculated Time quantum” in 2023 International Conference on Intelligent and Innovative Technologies in Computing, Electrical and Electronics (IITCEE)-2023  
  6. Riddhi Ravindra of 6th AIML has received “Best Performing ISTE Chapter Student Award – 2023” today at 18th Karnataka State Level ISTE Student Convention. 
  7. Jayshree Agarwal, Subrath Pandey, Amogha and Anusha K Participated in the Police Hackathon organised by Karnataka state Police. 
  8. Kotta Snigdhashree, Jayshree, Riya Pandey from Department of AIML have won first prize in Smart India Hackathon 2022: Kottasnigdhasree, Jayshree Agarwal, Riya Pandey of AIML under the guidance of Dr. SejalSnatoshNimbhorkar were awarded the first prize for their project Road Techies in Smart India Hackathon,2022, Organized by Ministry of Education, Government of India 
  9. Shreya, Sampada, Sahana, Subrat, Naina and Siddhanth have been the runners up in Smart India Hackathon 2022: NainaNimisha, Sahana R, SampadaPurushotham, SiddhantPriyadarshi, Subrat Pandey, Shreya M of 4th Sem under the guidance of Dr. Sejal Santosh Nimbhorkar has participated in the grand finale event of Smart India Hackathon, 2022 organised by Ministry of Education, Government of India
