• Gold medalist in All India Thal Sainik NCC camp, Delhi, 2008.
• Received commendation card from the Chief Minister of Karnataka for achievements in NCC, 2009.

Responsibilities

• Raised NCC in BNMIT and worked as Associate NCC Officer (ANO), NCC, BNMIT, since October 2019.
• Worked for NBA in criteria 3 teams; setting the Course Outcome, mapping Program Outcome to Course Outcome and calculating the attainment of Course Outcome in alignment with the Program Outcome.
• Robotics club coordinator; conducted robotics class every week and arranged student workshops.
• Test coordinator for four semesters; scheduling faculties and students to the rooms available, arranging test books for the respective classrooms.
• NBA criteria 9 and 10 head was responsible for making the files for criteria 9 and 10 and worked for other criteria as well.
• Worked on files for NAAC accreditation; R&D details, Guest lecture, and workshop details.
• Gave challenging assignments to 2nd-year students and guided them to work hands-on Aurdino UNO.
• Guided final year projects by giving project ideas and supporting them morally.

2. Consultancy: Getorganised company: duration 10-5-2022 to 30-11-2022. Worked as an Instructional designer freelancer remotely for a US-based company, Cytess to develop an app called Stages for supporting people struggling with substance abuse. We created pathways for different demographics such as addicts, family/ support, sponsors, and addicts in recovery. I created lesson plans, and designed pathways, questionnaires, quizzes and articles by working with the subject matter experts, UI/UX team and development team to create a better learning experience for all the demographics.
